7-Day Kenya Wildebeest Migration Safari to Masai Mara & Amboseli Tour

Day 1: Go North west to Murchison Fall National Park

You will be welcomed by our company driver guide as soon as you arrive at Entebbe International Airport. Lookout for the person with a name board and welcoming smile.  The guide will check your identification and lead you to the African jewel. The drive to Uganda’s northwestern region that follows. Murchison falls National Park will be your first place to visit. It has variety of flora and fauna and the world’s most powerful water falls.

This is the country’s largest and oldest conservation area. It takes roughly 5 to 6 hours to drive to Murchison Fall National Park, with a stop at the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for an hour of rhino tracking. Masindi Town will provide lunch before moving on to the park for a late arrival, where it will be followed by a refreshment break, dinner, and overnight.

Day 2: Game drive and Boat cruise

Enjoy a nice cup of coffee to start the day off well, and then head to the northern sector for a 3–4 hours’ exciting game drive. It’s time to experience your luck because you’ll need it to come across a hunt/kill, an animal producing, or a pursuit. The extensive list of flora and animals to be aware of includes lions, leopards, elephants, buffaloes, warthogs, waterbuck, egrets, Egyptian geese, cranes, olive baboons, and more. Sycamore and whistling acacia trees are also noteworthy.

Following the wildlife drive, you’ll head back to the resort for lunch and some refreshments before embarking on a 2-hour boat ride in the late afternoon, where you might see animals like hippos and the Nile crocodiles among others. You will ride to the base of the largest waterfall in the world, where you may film the water as it squeezes through the Nile’s 7-meter-deep valley. Retire thereafter for dinner and the night at the lodge.

Day 3: Flight from Murchison falls to Bwindi impenetrable National Park

Breakfast gives you the energy and smile you need to face the day when it first dawns. After leaving the lodge, you will take a 1-2 hours’ flight south wards to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park to prepare for the rewarding gorilla trekking adventure the following day.

After checking in, you’ll have dinner and spend the night at the lodge.

Day 4: Gorilla trekking adventure.

After a hearty breakfast at the resort, pack lunch and your gorilla trekking documents, and head to the park headquarters for a pre-tour briefing from the ranger guides. The ranger guides will assign a gorilla family to track, go over the dos and don’ts of hiking, and more.  It takes one to eight hours to go gorilla trekking on foot through the jungle, plus an additional hour to see the apes as they feed, play, and other activities.

Return to the resort to unwind and refuel after witnessing the enormous silverbacks, young stars playing, and more. You’ll eat lunch in the woods. Dinner and a peaceful sleep will bring this day to a close.

11-Day Uganda Gorillas & Kenya Tanzania Wildlife Safari

Day 5: Transfer to Volcanoes National Park in Rwanda

After breakfast, travel from Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park to Volcanoes National Park. The trip takes about 4-5 hours, and the scenery includes lovely plantations, valleys, and zigzag roads in Rwanda. En route, lunch is served. After dinner and overnight, call it a day.

Day 6: Golden Monkey trekking

Enjoy a stunning sunrise when you awaken. Prior to seeing one of the most stunning primates in the world, make sure your intestines are satisfied with a delectable lunch. Even though they are shy and playful primates, the golden monkeys are incredibly unique. To get a good view and snapshot of them playing, jumping from tree branch to tree branch, and other activities, you must be quite active.

The whole session lasts from one to four hours. You will then have lunch at the lodge before spending the rest of the day relaxing before evening and bed.

Day 7: Volcanoes national park to Nyungwe national park

You will check out of the lodge after breakfast in order to go to Nyungwe National Park. The trip lasts between four and six hours, with a lunch stop at environmental museum in Karongi along the way where you may also learn about the culture of Rwanda. The journey continues with magnificent views of the breathtaking terrain, thick greenery, and more after around two hours here. After dinner and overnight, the day is ended.

Day 8: Chimpanzee trekking and canopy walk

Breakfast is provided at dawn. After that, you’ll travel to the park’s headquarters for a 30-minute pre-trekking briefing on the dos and don’ts of chimpanzee trekking. The journey continues on foot as you encounter monkeys, birds, plants, and forest creatures while making a way deep into the forest. The duration is between two and five hours, plus an additional hour spent observing the mother’s milk their infants while they play, eat, and make other pleasant noises. You will then have a lunch break. As the evening will be spent in the forest, just unwind by the canopy that is hanging freely from the tree tops. It is a unique activity in the entire planet.

Day 9: Fly from Kigali to Nairobi city, Kenya

Start your day with a cup of coffee, and then checkout of the hotel for a drive to Kigali city. Reaching the city, lunch will be served, followed by a flight to Nairobi city, where our company driver guide will meet, brief and take you to your lodge for refreshment, dinner and sleep.

Day 10: Transfer to Amboseli National park

Start your day with a heavy breakfast meal at the lodge. Thereafter, leave the busying Nairobi city for the rural Life- savannah parks. It is a long day drive with a Lunch stopover. Upon reaching the park, the stunning view of Kilimanjaro back-drop welcomes and ushers you to your lodge for check-in, refreshment, dinner and overnight stay.

Day 11: Full game drive – Amboseli National park

Early morning, you’ll leave the comfort of your room and go explore the wilderness to meet with predators like lions, cheetahs, leopards, and others who patrol their territory. You will also encounter elephants, buffaloes, warthogs, and various species of antelope, breathtaking scenery, rare plant species, rhinoceroses, hippos, and more.

Lunch will be provided, and in the evening you’ll go on a guided nature walk while taking in the breath-taking vistas of Mount Kilimanjaro. The highest single free-standing mountain is Mount. Kilimanjaro. After dinner, the day ends with overnight stay.

Day 12: Fly to Masai Mara reserve

It’s time to proceed to Masai Mara reserve, one of the best safari locations on African Continent, with everything from the comfort of the bed to unrivaled flavor of African coffee. It is a scenic flight over the rural Kenya, where you will see stunning landscapes and Kilimanjaro mountain. After arriving at your lodge in the late afternoon, you will have lunch and proceed on an evening game drive.

Day 13: Game drive and cultural tour

Get a great treat first thing in the morning. Breakfast is served, and then you will go for a 3-4 hour game drive to lookout for the day grassers take to the wilderness, and the night hunters return to their hideouts. This park is one of the most gifted destinations for nature filming experience. You will lookout for among others; the Rhinos, hippos, crocodiles in the Mara river, lions, leopards, giraffes, wildebeest, olive monkeys, reptiles, jackals, hyenas, impalas, warthogs, cheetah and more.

When the adventure is over, you will return to the lodge for lunch break, followed by an evening cultural trip with Masai people. At sunset, you will return to the lodge for refreshment, dinner and a peaceful nap.

Day 14: Transfer to Serengeti National park

Wake-up early for a transfer to Serengeti National Park. After breakfast, you will fly to Arusha Tanzania. In Tanzania, you will meet our company driver guide who will brief and explain what will transpire in Tanzania. After, hit the road to Serengeti national park with an enroute Lunch stopover. You will arrive at the lodge and check-in, relax for the best of the day, and end the day with dinner and overnight.

Day 15: Full day game drive

Kick off sleep with a delicious cup of coffee. Thereafter, the wilderness alarm sounds. A way when you depart the lodge with packed Lunch and snacks very early in the morning, and return with the story, and the memory of the names, photos, and knowledge of the different wildlife. The mix of open savannah park; birds such as the egrets, ostrich and more; zebras, lions, leopards, cheetah, warthogs, wilderness, Rhinoceros, and more call home. You wish list might be long, it is all tied on Luck for a great catch.  At sunset, you will return to the lodge for dinner and a nap.

Day 16: To Ngorongoro crater

Wake-up to a tasty cup of coffee at the lodge, and then checkout for a transfer to Ngorongoro crater. There is an-enroute stopover at Olduvai Gorge for a study of man’s history. This place is believed to be the first place where the fossils of oldest man – Zinjanthropus was discovered. After the discovery, your Journey continues to the park where you will head to the lodge, and check-In for dinner and overnight.

Day 17: Full day Ngorongoro safari

Kick-start your day with a tasty cup of coffee, and there after go through Ngorongoro crater savannah grass where Animals Are. The prey looking for the predators that are grazing. The wilderness is a whole place of wonder; with a fascinating landscape, primates, birds, water bodies, and the cool weather.  Ngorongoro crater is a place for lions, cheetah, leopards, elephants, warthogs, jackals, hyenas, cape Buffaloes, zebras, wildebeest and more.

Regardless of their presence, it still takes luck to encounter cats, and other shy animals. You will have picnic lunch in the wild. Sunset game drive and then return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 18: Departure

Start your day with a mouthwatering breakfast meal at the lodge, and thereafter depart for your agreed drop-off point. You will have lunch en-route then a fare well.
